Who: You and up to 16 spirited co-ed teams
What: Two days afield, one day at the water's edge.
When: November 12-15, 2010
Where: Waimanalo Polo Fields, Oahu, Hawai'i

Bids & Registration Details

Team Bid Deadline: Team bids will be due on September 1st, 2010.
Team Bid Deposit: $309, which is credited towards three (3) individual registration fees.
Individual Registration Fees:
Early Bird Fee, Postmarked On or Before October 1st, 2010: $103
Fees will be raised after Oct. 1st, and again for Day-of registration (required) after Nov. 3rd
Guest Registration Fees: $20/day (no player's pack) or $60/weekend (includes player's pack) per guest. Guest fee includes breakfasts & dinners, and entertainment.
Refunds:
Full refund of team deposit requires (minus $5 for processing) 6 weeks notice (by October 1st).
Refund requests up to 2 weeks prior result in a penalty of one player's fee and the $5 processing fee (between October 1st and 30th).
Individual refunds can be made up to 2 weeks prior (before October 30th) minus a $5 processing fee.

The theme for this year's tournament is "Yo Ho Hopu"

If you have trouble with the formatting requirements, present what you have and we may be able to assist if your design is selected.
