Individual Registration
Online Registration Is OPEN (8/17/2011)! (team bids have been accepted)
Early Bird Player fee is $118.00 per player* this year. Fee includes all breakfasts and dinners, entertainment, camping, players' pack (disc, and HOPU surprise), plus all field supplies (water, fruit, juice, EMT). If possible, all players should register through the online registration system, which will be up and running once team bids are accepted. If you cannot register online, please do so by sending a check payable to Hopu Ka Lewa and mailed to:

Along with your check, include your team name, the name you registered under, and meal preference. If paying by check you will still need to fill out the registration form online (just note that you paid by check). CREDIT CARD PAYMENT (paypal) instructions will be presented after submitting your individual online registration.
After Sept. 30, 2011, registration fees will be raised to $140(you must have registered and PAID before Sept. 30 in order to avoid the late fee). Only players registering before Sept. 30 are guaranteed a complete players' pack. A full player's fee refund (minus professing fee of $15) is available to players who notify the tournament director (via writing or email) before October 21th, 2011 that they will not be attending the tournament. After October 21st, players withdrawing from the tournament will receive a partial refund (TBD).
The Aloha Spirit team FULL! If you would like to get on the wait list for the spirit team, please email the TD. Individuals who register after capacity has been reached (we'll try and update this when it happens) will be waitlisted and notified (by email provided).
Guest fee is $20/day (no player's pack) or $60/weekend (includes player's pack) per guest. Guest fee includes breakfasts & dinners, and entertainment. Weekend guests may register online or by sending a check (to address above). Daily guests can register and pay at the fields (no need to register).
Registration is only complete after payment is received.

- Aug. 11, 2011 Postmark date for all team bids $354.00
- Sept. 30, 2011 Full refund of team Deposit (minus $15 processing fee)
- Sept. 30, 2011 Last day for early bird fee of $118 (postmarked), regular fee is $140
- Oct. 21, 2011 Last day to request refund of Individual fees (minus $15 processing fee)
- Nov. 1, 2011 Last day to register online for regular fee ($140). Checks MUST be postmarked by this date or late fee will be charged when you register at the fields.
- November 2 through Day of Event, late fee ($157) applies (do not mail anything nor register or pay on line, register and pay AT FIELDS day of).
