HAWAII'S BIGGEST AND BEST WOMENS AND OPEN TOURNAMENT


16 Open and 16 Women's Teams

The party starts on Friday, February 13 (Spooky!) with evening registration and entertainment, and play continues through the President’s Day holiday on Monday, February 16. Make your trip a real vacation and stay through the following weekend, where you can join us for the post-Kaimana hat draw on Maui!


Team bids are currently being accepted

 $390 team deposit due postmarked by  November 14, 2008.  Decisions will be made by November 21, 2008.  Send in your bids now.

How to submit a team bid:
Bids can be in any format you wish, but must include:

  • Contact information for captain or organizer, including name, email address, and phone number(s)

  • The number of players you actually anticipate having on your roster come February, as well as the number you have that are currently committed

  • $390 deposit (3 player fees); U.S. dollars in the form of a check or money order, payable to Kaimana Klassik

Preference will be given to bids that also include:

  • What your team can contribute to Kaimana 22, either competitively or in spirit,

  • Your team's history at Kaimana, if any, or your team's history in general,

  • Something fun, original, and convincing!

THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF COMPETITION FOR TEAMS TO GET A KAIMANA BID.  PLEASE SHOW US THAT YOU REALLY WANT TO COME!  MAKE YOUR BID CREATIVE, CONVINCING, AND ON TIME!

Individual Registration

$130 all-inclusive individual player’s fee covers 3 days of parties, 3 days of play, 3 days of food and beverages, camping, players pack, and 3 great nights of entertainment!

If possible, all players should register through the online registration system, which will be up and running once team bids are accepted (November). If you cannot register online, please do so by sending a check to: Jena Kline, 2017 Mauna Place, Honolulu HI 96822. Along with your check, include your team name, meal preference, and t-shirt size.
